Just ordered your back-up lites.

I have blacked out taillites and have been looking for bulbs to brighten the taillites when the lites are on and brake lites when I hit the brake lites.

Question: Do you also have taillite bulbs that are very high intensity?

Hey recieved mine today, they look real good but dont seam bright, your pic shows three dots, mine had two I think... Mine original bulbs seamed brighter, Also I want to do the plate bulbs too, do you have those?

Does anyone have any comparison pictures of how well the lights light up the area behind the car as compared to the stock bulbs? I've seen the pictures of the whiter output of the LED's but what to see what the area behind the car looks like. How far do they throw the light?

So to replace the backup lights you pop off the lens?

Actually, you reach your arm behind the bumper to change them out.

Since I have to back out of a long curvy driveway, early in AM (Dark outside), and since I have a Culvert at end of driveway, I don't want to run off the driveway and into a ditch.

I am ordering a set of these. A Backup camera is next.

I have bought these... The INTERIOR lights...LOOK GREAT !!! Absolutely !!! Haven't done the back-ups yet... I WILL when I return home. Corvette Mods was great to work with. And I have purchased more from them also.

Installed mine with llittle difficulty....had to switch them around...polarity issues....Thanks for the install sheet about that. I had to use a mirror aimed at the back of the car so I could see if they came on in my darkened garage. Would have been easier to do if co-pilot was home. Sure hope they are brighter than they first appear. I could see the light from the OEM bulbs against my garage door, but not the LEDs when I placed the car in reverse. Maybe OK will see.

I've been looking for a C6 for a few months now, but when I find the right one, this will probably be the first mod I will do.

Nope, slip your hand behind the bumper and you can replace them that way:cheers:

They work differently compared to stock. These have 4 forward firing LEDs so the light is concentrated vs scattered. Most feel it's an overall improvement:cheers:

Screwdriver ? for what...

installation is SUPER easy!! just reach your hand in behind the reverse light and take the bulb out and replace it.. simple as that.. no taking off covers or screwdrivers needed

With all the folks that have replied that they bought these, are they worth the money?

I could care less if they are led or not, I would just like some brighter backup lights. :thumbs:

That's the HID reverse lights that will give out the most light for $84.99?
On this install do you have to remove the bottom black plastic piece that the bulb fall onto if dropped?
How easy is this modification. I did install some LED reverse lights but I prefer brighter because the LED bulbs have now don't work well as I have tinted windows. Now do these HID reverse lights have to warm up like the HID hi beam conversion?

I've receive mine today but I have some question? Y is there an extra orange looking box with it do u have direction on how to use it?
