It's on again! Come and join us Saturday AM 8 - 10 for The Chicago Crew's Corvettes and Coffee to benefit St. Jude's Childrens research Hospital. ARA Cabinets 4U 39 S. Milwaukee Ave Wheeling 60090. Starbucks Coffee and Wheeling Donuts will be provided. A $5.00 donation to St. Judes is requested.

I won't melt, but I am thinking the water might have an adverse effect on my Vette.

Rain or Shine! I just drove mine 2800 miles and a good 1000 of them were in the rain! They don't melt and most came with wipers!:yesnod:

I will be here tomorrow morning in my Vette, with Em's Vette Rain or Shine! Looks like we will only need a couple dozen Donutters.....Maybe we will be suprised by a huge outcome from the Chicagoland North or Northshore Vette clubs??? Don't see much activity from the 5th Gen Guys..:toetap:.I have a couple of Sunburst peeps showing up, We will see what happens....:crazy:

I'll probably be there if i can get my ass out of bed. I have that stuff as well.

Chicagoland North won't show up, especially since this is not a sit down place to eat. North Shore does not really know about it, if you want I can email the president and see if he can send a email out. That or there is a general meeting on Wednesday.

I stopped at the new downtown Palatine affair after work and passed out all 10 C&C flyers I had. Hopefully it pays off?

Em and I went to the Rolling Meadows > Palatine > Mundelein show tonight and spread the word also.....We'll see where that goes:crazy:
Only about 12 cars when I got there, grew to maybe 25 when we left.

I dont like the new location for the Palatine show at all. It's also such a pain in the ass to get to on Friday evening's.

If it rain's, ill be in my wife's dirty mini.

Here is what I have, I also have that Corvette racing oil cap. I dont think it fits dry sump engines.

Thanks to all of the brave souls who risked life and limb to make it to last Saturday's Corvettes and coffee!:D We had 16 cars show up and gained a few new attendees.:thumbs: We had 4 cars from Sunburst show up! Thanks guys and gals!:flag: A few graced us with some alternative rides, and then there were the die hard Vette peeps who actually got thier cars wet!:eek:Oh the horror:willy:, my car needs a bath again! Kevins car wash is now open for bidness!:yesnod: Come on over the coffee is brewing!:lol:

Just goes to show you come hell or high water a Wheeling donut is pretty hard to pass up! :smiliedrool:

well he just got done washing his car. first time since last summer. i guess that's a start of taking pride in ownership...even if it is a beater. :steering:
