I live in West Omaha, 175th and Blondo area. I am on my 8th Corvette and I turn my own wrenches to be able to afford them! LOL. The 1992 is the newest era that I have ever had. A headache here and there but a nice example. Where is the "hangout"? Den

I see by your profile that you are a musician. What instrument? Do you play in a group/band? Where at?

My main instrument is the guitar, but I also sing and play all the instruments on my recordings. I have a studio in my home and that is where my music is produced as well. It's Rock but not over the top stuff. I am a huge Zeppelin fan and that's the kind of music I enjoy writing. If you are a Rock fan, you can check out my originals at www.reverbnation.com/den14. There is one cover on there which is a John Lennon tune called Working Class Hero that I recorded to give to my Girlfriend. I would love to know what surface you used for your garage floor. Hi all...stumbled onto this thread looking for owners in my area that have Corbeau A4 seats. Anyway...I'm in Omaha with a 02 Coupe.

I'm from Lincoln. Just got a very low miles 2008 yesterday, so I'm back to having a Corvette in the garage.

I'm from Omaha. I live near 108th and Harrison. I have a 2000 convertible and a 2008 coupe. (Was looking for info on the Black Hills Classic, and just happened to see this.)

Our club will caravan to Sioux Falls on Wednesday have dinner at Minerva's and enjoy the Vettes in downtown Sioux Falls (Hot Summer Nights). Thursday morning a number of Vettes will drive to Spearfish for the Black Hills Classic.

Wednesday we will stop at Jerry' Corvettes for lunch before heading into Sioux Falls.

FYI the Cornhusker Corvette Club will be hosting the National Convention July 17-22nd at the LA Vista Convention Center. Many events are planned. Dues are only $70.00 per year including your spouse. We always welcome new members and would welcome you to join.

I live in Omaha. Have not joined a club as of yet. Just not sure if I want to race between cones and show my car. Thats just not my thing.

off the topic a little but does anyone know good places to take your vette to have maintenance or service work? I am not very trusting with dropping my car off Just anywhere.

how do you like your lingenfelter, I am thinking about and looking into lingenfelter or hennessey packages.

Wasn't aware of that show. Is there an entry fee? The Coffee Cruise is near my house at the 156th & Maple Hy-Vee.

As far as the LPE package goes ... this is my first Corvette. I can certainly say that I wouldn't want one with any less power! I also own an Infiniti Q50 Red Sport 400. With a basic programmer. It's almost as fast as my C6. :D

I purchased the car with the LPE package already installed so I can't give you a before/after comparison.

I believe $25 dollars entry fee.
as vette goes I assume runs great as lingenfelter is good.

Anyone going to Hyvee 156 maple shows?

Not from the area, but drive through Lincoln in my Z06 occasionally heading west. I always stop at Shoemaker's Shell for some ethanol free 91 octane gas.

I'll open up the thread again. I am out here in west Omaha by the Harley Davidson dealership.
