Help me with some custom plate ideas
 

Really would like to get a custom plate on my new c7

in NJ so you get 7 letters/numbers

not really doing too well with the brain storming.

my nickname is Johnny vettes because ive had a whole bunch of vettes so i was thinking :

JVETTES or JVETTEZ

other than that was thinking something related to being a mechanic (which i love)

GRSMNY =grease money - you know cause your a mechanic and greasy lol
GRSMNKY= nickname for a mechanic

was thinking of some slang italian words we use - this idea is cool because the actual definition of the word isn't anything bad but in slang usage its inappropriate and vulgar lol

I routinely see people taking pictures of that plate.

My plate fasteners are spent .45acp shell casings.

Having vette or a variation thereof on the plate seems like overkill. It's obviously a vette, do you really need/want to spent the money for another "state the obvious" moniker?

I had thought about:

NOTFAST

Then on the lower part of the license plate frame, I would put the word: SARCASM

But someone in AZ already took "NOTFAST"

This works for me since I shave my head AND try to keep my C7 spotless.

Other possibilities included 'C7 M7' or '17 C7'.

In Peoples Republic Of Massachusetts.A Vanity on a car is up to 6 Figures.Numbers can only be used at the beginning and end of the plate.
The clerk asked me if i'm trying to spell BADASS (not accepted).Had to write a reason why i want this combo?? This Vanity Plate is as bad as my previous 6 plates...What ever the Hell that means??:D Approved...:rock:

I actually got the Ohio Oplates web site to allow this but I never went through with it (wife wouldn't approve of it I'm sure....)

BMV would have shot you down on it. It allowed me to order 2FNFAST, but they later emailed me and said that I can't have the plate... :(

I figured that would have happened to this one as well. I never seriously would put a plate like that on my car, but wanted to see how far I could push the boundary of poor taste. Like your plate, they do set the bar low and I guess that's a good thing because we don't need free speech on license plates.

I had a tough time picking one out too I just wanted to get ZO6 but that plate is not allowed because it's only one letter 2 numbers.

then I wanted C7 ZO6 again it was only two letters you have to have a minimum of three letters on the plate so I just changed it from C7 Z06 to C7 ZO6. which actually looks better.

I had a bunch picked out SC Z06 . 650 650. Z06 SC. LT4 Z06. Etc etc so many cool plates are available made it really tough

I tried to get the State of Texas to let me have this one for my Dodge Challnger... But, they turned me down. So, I had a fake set made for Car Shows and the like.

If you really want to confuse people, choose a plate that has a special meaning to you only, so that they'll ride along for miles wondering what in the hell your plate means. Some will come up and ask you, and some will just be stumped all day. LOL

Bringing back my old thread. lol had NO WYFE on the car for 3 years but I sold the car, also I am in a serious relationship (no correlation between the two) but I got a built c5 so thinking of new plate ideas...

built cyber grey c5 with a procharger

I have no ideas yet... it will take a while cause its gonna take me month or more to get title flipped and off temp reg due to COVID and then have to apply for custom plate

Oops - just noticed this is a thread from 2017. I would think the OP has decided on a plate by now.
