I'd say your price is fair. Seems like quite a nice set up. Hang in there and good luck!!!!

BigBadRed 04-18-2005 05:51 PM

Awesome car for the $, someone jump on this!

Iboomalot 04-21-2005 08:50 AM

Thanks for the vote of confidence :)

power is made via large displacement and plenty of bolt ons

When Ed Wright was tuning it the MAF # started dropping around 5500 rpm This is due to the older heads that are on the car.

If you want OVER 500+ rhp adding a set of 225 AFR heads should achieve this.

Car sounds like a NASCAR :D

Thanks for your interest

The block was resleeved to a 4.080 bore with a 4" crank and the Crank has been PINNED. The motor was spinning off the balancer but that problem has been fixed.

Chris at speed demon did most of the work and knows how strong this car is.

I hate to sell it but will be replaced next yr with a C6 with another speed demons motor :D

Iam also located in Oklahoma City OK.

Iboomalot 05-30-2005 09:29 AM

Work has me working like a Dog but building a 500K a yr business takes time and money.

sorry about that I need to post some pics.

Working on getting the stereo finished I removed the system I had and replacing it with something good.

The traction system is throwing a code something about it warming up. Otherwise the car runs like beast it is.

lowest I will go is 23.5

Iboomalot 06-28-2005 08:39 AM

some asked if its still for sale

Yes it is just not worried about how fast she sells due to being a fun ride.

daily driver is just fine no problems there. Only thing is stereo needs small bit of work and traction control is throwing a warm up code but works.

Otherwise the car is in great shape.

by resleeved - does it actually have sleeves in it? or was it overbored to 4.080?
and is it manual or auto?
i'm pretty interested - am looking into financing options - as my house hasn't sold yet so i gots no money!

Iboomalot 06-28-2005 03:02 PM

its got different cylinder sleeves. YOu can't just bore out a ls1 motor to that size. LS2 is 4" bore stock but LS1 was 3.92" THis is an expensive way vs using a 6.0L steel block but keeps weight the same and gives great power and reliablity.

Hope your money goes threw hate to sell her but maybe someone else can enjoy the fun I have had.

I plan on getting a C6 vert with turbo in the next 12 months anyways :D
