Mod Party was a success!!!

Had 4 Vettes over - Bill Curlee with his 02 EB Z06, Connecticut with his 98 Carmine Red coupe, RPOZ15 with his 04 Vert and Chucks88 with his 88 Red Vert!!! RPOZ15 drove all the way from New Jersey to hang with us :eek::eek: Thanks Tom :seeya

The monster cam is installed!!!!
234/240 598/608 114LSA Competition Cams custom grind.

Still to do - valvetrain and to put everything back together. Very happy with how it has gone so far. The steering rack took by far the longest to get out and my radiator and condenser were filthy.

Install continues on Wednesday as I am waiting for some parts from Thunder Racing. I took over 150 pix - here is a Teaser pix below. :D

Looks like a fun day for all involved! I'm interested in what numbers you'll get with that cam.

What kind of springs and pushrods are you going with?

I'm planning on doing a cam myself. Probably won't be until early next year. I'm installing some LT's first.

looks real rice - er, nice I mean, and that's my final answer!! :D

excellent team effort by all in attendance, eg-well chosen picture for the "teaser" post; ran into a ricer crowd/hangout at shell gas station before the 4 corners in salem, they were asking where the "type R" corvette was at? wonder what that's all about?
edit--everybody ck out the 5/16" wooden dowels that bill p/u on the home depot run, we cut and carefully tapered the ends to hold the lifters, $1.59 total cost; that's my "teaser" tech tip :D

Cam, dual springs, hi vol oil pump, pushrods et al. Everything but heads for now. With the rest of my bolt ons, expect to be close to 400rwhp with a good tune.
