Vin # Website..
A While Back I Read After The Car Was Built That There Was A Site You Could Go To And Punch In Your Vin # And It Would Show Your Window Sticker ... Any One Know Of This Site????
|
There was a way to fake out Chevrolet's web server to show it, but it looks like they may have fixed it so it won't show sold cars any more.
The trick was to go to the Chevrolet site, click "find a car", then when you find one select "window sticker". That opens a new window, you could type your VIN over the one in the URL. You can try it - doesn't work for mine any more, but who knows. |
http://www.gmbuypower.com/nvlWindowS...int=True&VIN=X
This is the site I used to find my sticker. You delete the "X" at the very end and insert your VIN. However, the site does not seem to be playing anymore. You might try accessing GMBUYPOWER and see if there are directions to the sticker service. Wish I could be more help. |
as of ten minutes ago, this site worked well. At the end of the URL, simply replace the "X" with your complete VIN. My car went to 4150 (Vehicle Invoiced to Dealer) today and I got a copy of the Window Sticker off of this site.
Go, Allied, Go.......get my first Corvette to me by Christmas !! :auto: |
I just used this site and, although when it comes up it states the site is down, it isn't. Just follow the above instructions and you'll be looking at your sticker in no time flat! Thanks for the info and Merry Christmas and Happy New Year to all......... :flag:

It will not work for mine either. :(

:iagree:

Just did mine and it worked. Mine was finished 12-6 and my dealer can't find out if Allied has it on a truck.
|
That's likely it, I have a VIN but the car was just started yesterday so that may be why it's not showing up yet.
|
Worked for me.
 |
Worked for me :)

Mine doesn't work either. My Car was built May 9th. Does this only work for brand new cars?
