Cool pic of rural Americana. Is Rabbit Hatch more than a general store with notions and potions? Love the Coca Cola sign. Probably owned by Wal Mart, new boutique marketing concept suitable for smaller metro areas. Did you buy some snake oil while you were there? And nice ride.

Thanks for sharing that photo. I used to live in Florence, about 15 miles from there, and Rabbit Hash was one of my favorite stops on my weekend runs. I love those back roads in Kentucky, they are well maintained, and pretty scenic.

Almost every Sunday there was something going on at Rabbit Hash, from Harley rallys to sports car runs.

Of course, your car adds a lot to the beauty of the area. Nice ride.

The store is owned by the Kentucky Historical Society. The gambling boat across the river tried to buy the land for millions, to build a ferry to the gambling boat. They would of torn down the store and put up a parking lot. But the guy who owned the land sold it for a fraction of its worth to perserve the historical hamlet. :flag:
