Best price on a Hypertech Power Programmer??

I would like to reprogram the computer and add the 160 thermostat as my next modification to my 95. Who has the best price on the Hypertech programmers? Also, does it "significantly" boost performance once you reprogram and add the 160 thermostat?? Do you truly get more bang for your buck?? I read the Power Programming instructions posted on their website, seems easy and straightforward. Any special programming tips or things to look out for would be appreciated by this first-time programmer..

I bought mine used from a forum member for $125 plus shipping. He sold his C4 and bought a C5 so he didn't need it anymore. Make sure they reset the programmer (you can only put the power program into 1 car) if you are going to buy used. Don't expect to see much performance gain, I didn't notice much. All the Jersey boys used it so I figured it couldn't hurt. I mainly bought it for the fan temp changes and I plan on putting gears in at some point.

Thanks BillyHay. A local mechanic here tells me once I do the reprogramming and change to the 160 thermostat, I will add 25-30 HP to the rear wheels, improved response and gas mileage. He claims it will definitely be noticeable, night and day. Hmmm...., I look forward to more opinions on whether this modification really is worth it....
