May have found one....

the low mile cars are really getting affordable. if the car is mint and well taken care of this is a steal and I would be proud to own it.

make sure everything works and that you can validate the performance and I would seriously consider it.

that being said, the 93 at that price is nice too. both good deals but you need to check it out and decide. :D :lurk:

Offer 23,500. That is a more reasonable price. Cleaning the injectors for the LT5 rarely works - you're likely looking at a set of new injectors as soon as you buy the car. Buy the white 93 on this site - it is super clean, an already has some key mods to make it super fun.

If the car is all stock, show quality and runs well, that's a fair price.

Keep in mind that the 90 has a few unique issues like the valve seals which has a little smoking and a few more that you can see on the registry. It also has the largest production numbers if you care, but also the first year. First and last do have some value. You can't go wrong with an excellent condition, well taken care of Z though.

Whatever floats your boat then. Offer up his asking price - enjoy your new car.

This is a good thing

I'm going to have a hell of a time if I ever sell my car

I don't think anybody that owns a ZR-1 or any corvette bought it to drive it like Miss Daisy. They are to much fun to drive, to not kick them a few times. :)

My opinion on mods is my opinion! I dont have to drive the piss out of a car just cause I can & its capable of doing so. If youre the example of what ZR1 owners are all about then, maybe I was right in thinking that they were a little "different" than other C4 owners....

Hey n00b, you're the one being rude yapping about how you dislike mods on cars etc etc, and how you thought you'd insult the buyer. It is a car - offer whatever you like.

I wouldn't be insulted at an offer that reflects current market value, but then I don't have a pole stuck up my arse! ;) If you don't want an honest opinion...............don't ask!

I have a feeling the ZR-1 isn't for you - maybe a nice Kia is more up your alley! I hear that Sedona is really capable, and you don't need to drive the piss out of it either!

if you don't hit 7,000 rpms every time you are out, then you are doing the car a huge disservice. Let me guess, you would be one of the people who leaves the key off all the time. And yeah, we are a bit different then normal C4 owners......

Are you sure you didnt find that stick in your aZZ???

Are you trying to say ass? Or does that offend your #1 priority?

You're a n00b because you haven't been on the site very long or posted very much - that means you haven't contributed squat. Write that down.

You posted on a public forum - if you didn't want others to post, write an email!

Thanks for the advice on 'raging' my car! That's the first smart thing you've said - indeed I will! You buy that low mile car - Jim has some banana diapers for ya!

Sorry Jim - couldn't resist!

Well said! You remember what Dave McLellan said, don't you? Kevin's car runs HARD! There is a reason for it, and it isn't because he just 'knows' it is capable! ;)

Kev - I still say you should take her down the strip again this year!
