How does this sound for under $700?
Clarion BD216 (I know its their base model but it had all that I needed and I will probably upgrade soon.

The headunit is on the way and the amp is at ubid w/ 1 more day left. Also I have an amp wiring kit (w/ the blue wire) and i will probably get a cap. My 3-way 5.25"s that I have in the kicks need to be replaced (we wont mention the name as I would get laughed out of here) but I plan to replace them w/ some mb quart componets soon once I recover from the sudden cash drain. |

At least step up to the 316 on the Clarion. The 216 has no loudness control and only 5 presets per band. Also the blue back-lighting for the display is extremely bright and has no dimmer control. The price difference should only be about $20.

Internet dealers aren't authorized to sell eclipse online. I got mine through ebay for a good deal though.
