Upgrade throttle body?
 

I see larger and ported throtltle bodies sold for big bucks. Are these things worth any HP?

Not really, especially on most light modded 5.7 or 6.0 liters.

On the other hand - if you have heads and cam sufficiently large enough that the next step is a 90mm fast intake manifold, then by all means...
