What does INFL REST mean?

Just bought a 91 last month. It didn't come with an owner's manual. The INFL REST lights up on the dash every time I start it...is this normal? What does it mean? Thanks :seeya

Inflatable restraint (air bag) The car test the circuit everytime you start your car.
