"The Worst American Cars of 2006"
In an on line MSNBC article from Forbes Magazine entitled "The Worst American Cars of 2006," the article starts off.....
"Corvettes and Cadillacs demonstrate that American carmakers are building the best vehicles they have ever built...." The article goes on to list the worst American cars for 2006, as follows: • Dodge Sprinter van • Ford Crown Victoria sedan • Mercury Grand Marquis sedan • Pontiac Grand Prix sedan • Ford E-Series van • Dodge Durango SUV • Dodge Ram 1500 pickup • Buick Terraza minivan • Chevrolet Uplander minivan • Pontiac SV6 minivan • Saturn Relay minivan • Saturn Ion coupe and sedan The full article can be found at: http://www.msnbc.msn.com/id/13939015/ I'm glad they clarified Corvette was among the best built American cars for 2006. Like we didn't know that already.:) |

Even though I have been slamming Chevy and GM for the "flying roof" issue. The Corvette is without a doubt AWESOME! In fact no other car comes close.
Period. |
I'm surprised the Crown Vic is on that list. I always thought they were pretty good. (For a Ford that is)

Get a Black one, put some wide tires and rims on it. Tint the windows, Black out the front grill, and add a Mustang stroker kit to the engine. Fat duels out the back. Oh Yeah Babe! |
That Sprinter Van is a wonderful vehicle.. Resale Value aside.. That 5-cylinder Mercedes Benz diesel gets 22-25 MPG loaded. I personally know 4 people who own one. I guess resale value means less when you plan on keeping it over 10 years..Weird..
Ben B. :flag: Edit - My Friends Sprinter.. It Rocks..Carrys 2 quads and 2 Enduros w/gear+ http://www.raceramps.net/media/rsprint.jpg |
