Loose Steel Rocker Arm Nuts

During the rebuild of my 350, I installed a set of Crane steel rocker Arms, pivot balls and adjusting nuts.

When I installed the nuts, they did not take much torque to loosen or tighten up. Sinnce, they have become loose on several occasions, requiring re-adjustment which is a pain in the ___.

I have never had this problem before.

Has anyone experienced this problem? and what was the corrective action taken?

I am thinking of using a jam nut over the top of the adjusting nut.

Thanks,

gm

I had the same problem with my big block and i used the blue locktite on the nut and fixed the problem.
