Installers Guide:

This is something that gets asked a lot around here. We need to list shops we have personal experience with, in reference to Corvettes.

If you know of a shop that does good work with Vette's, please tell us about them.

We would like to know:

• Name of Shop

• Name of Installer/Manager
• Specialty

As things change, please keep your entry up-to-date. We all know shops close and installers leave. So if that happens, let us know about it... and if the installer has moved, update accordingly.

Buyers Guide:

We also would like to know which shops you like buying from, and why.

We also would like to know what brands you have selected, namely, because they fit in the Vette.

Finally, and most importantly, we would like to know what generation Vette you own. This way we can isolate C4 components from C5 or C6 components. They are not all interchangeable.

Remember, this is a living document!

They are not inexpensive, but their systems and installs are amazing. You would hardly know my C5 has a custom stereo until you turn it on. And they will fly out and install it at your home if you wish.

They experiment with the systems and practice the installs on the type of vehicle before they attempt to do customers. There were no scratches, miss-fittings or broken pieces after my install. The tech even addressed a few areas that are known to rattle in the doors while he was at it. Perfect for those who know little about proper audio systems (me), have a little extra money, and want a fantastic stereo that is unobtrusive and stealthy.

Mine: 4 tweets, 1 midrange, 2 six and one halfs, 2 factory rear speakers (the only factor component used), 1 ten inch sub woofer, 2 amps, Eclipse head unit, all new wiring, fuses, and whatever else they hid in there. Plus the tech spent 3 hours listening and adjusting it.

These guys really made it happen for me - very professional and easy to deal with, and finished product exceeded my expectations. These guys are about 1 1/2 hours away from where I live - I will gladly make the trip to continue to use them in the future.

This guy has been around car audio for a long time. He knows his stuff and his work shows it.

Right now he's got a package that will work great for the C6 vette, but he has worked on plenty of other corvettes through out his career. His customer service is outstanding, and I will continue to bring him my personal vehicles whenever I need work. Well, I gotta say their system sounds absolutely incredible. Probably one of the best mods I have EVER done. They do some really great very high end work. When done the system will look totally stock with the exception of a new head unit (should you choose to replace) and the two amps that are covered in black OEM style carpet on the rear tray. Tweeters are actually place in the rear view mirror. Incredibly clean sound with a very natural sounding bass that fills the sound to give depth to the music without overpowering.

Like I said great setup.
