Rick - I have a 3500 Chevy Diesel Work Truck that needs an oil change bad. No idea how many quarts it takes. The stuff in it now is black as can be. Can ya help a brother out? Today?

I just looked and it has a FRAM PH5 oil filter and what appears to be a pretty decent size oil pan. I'll call you.

Yep Most diesels take a good amount of oil my PowerStroke holds about 15/16qts!!! Not a cheap oil change even for the DIY guys..

And diesels are notorious for the oil being black...

Thanks for the call!
