More GCP Bling + Norris Catch Can truly taken to "The Next Level"!

UPDATE - I'll have 4 more brackets and 3 more tensioners done at the end of next week. Maybe an extra alternator as well. (March 30)

Finished up some more stuff to add to the line up! First up was something requested by Y2KVert4Me and here it is!

Norris catch can triple chrome plated! This came out awesome! I will make these by request and give a 10 day turnaround if you want one but the cost will be $250.00. This includes all of the fittings plated as well.

Next in the lineup is triple plated chrome tensioners! These are an outright purchase so no exchange is necessary. Three in stock for immediate shipment and are priced at $249.00. UPDATE: SOLD OUT! Will have more in 10 days. :willy: This is a nice piece!

Now we have an alternator bracket. I have two of these finished for immediate shipping right after I finish up the bolts. UPDATE: SOLD OUT! Will have more in 10 days. :willy: The alternator bolts will come with the bracket or also be available separately. Price for this bad boy is $285.00 and is an outright purchase. If you want to send me your bracket and bolts back I will refund you $45.00.

Next up is a project I did for my car. Chrome plated caliper brackets. I don't expect to sell these as they will be expensive. The cast iron brackets are very labor intensive to polish so they are gonna cost you if you want them. They look awesome though! If you do want them I will do it on a 10 day turnaround for $450.00 if you send me the brackets. Yea, yea, I know. If you want an outright purchase of these you are looking at $600.00. Now you see why I don't expect to sell any.

I have some of the brake pad covers finished up and ready to go out. I have 7 sets ready to go and I believe two are already spoken for. Price is $125.00. These are laser cut out of mild steel and triple plated. I chose NOT to sell polished aluminum or stainless simply because they scratch when you breath on them. The prototypes on my car have the holes cut out for the knubs on the pads. I don't like them because they are visible so the final pieces you see here do not have the holes. Some pads come with the knubs and some do not. If your pads have the knubs you will need to grind them down before putting these on. These are nice pieces!

Most of the time when you want something chromed you have to wait 4-8 weeks. I've made my process better so If I don't have something in stock I will have it completed in 10 days. Rush service is available on any of these pieces and can be completed in as little as two days if you are in a bind but of course, it will cost ya'.

I am finishing up a new alternator now and also have a few more products in the pipeline that I am working on now for the hard core chrome heads.

I will offer free shipping for all orders placed this month on these parts whether they are in stock or not.

UPDATE: Here is t-body I just finished putting back together a little while ago to ship out in the morning. I love these! The pics are horrible.:willy:

Do you have a price on an alternator figured out yet?

For an outright purchase, it's gonna be kinda high. There is only one alternator available now from GM and it takes quite a bit of work to pull it apart. Cost will probably be about $650 for an outright purchase. The new alternators are more complex than the one Mike Mercury put up on here a few weeks ago. I have to take apart welds, press out diodes, buy new diodes, press them back in, solder everything up, etc... it takes some work. I don't want to sell another one until I know everything is good with the one I am working on now.

The clutch pulley can not be chromed. Well, it can be chromed and it looks great! However, the stripping solution and chemical soak will lock it up. I don't think this would be a problem for manual cars but may cause belt squeak on automatics. I'd rather not mess with it. I've tried to get the pulley to free but it won't.

If you have a clutchless alternator pulley, that is easy. I am going to be getting some cores where I will be able to offer alternators on an exchange basis like I do with the throttle bodies. That will bring the cost significantly down. When the body is ready you will be able to send me your alternator, I'll swap the electronics and send it back the next day. I'll probably do this for half the cost.

Jason,

This stuff is so gorgeous that I may have to sell my Vette to buy and pay for it. (Wait a minute, what's wrong with this picture?)

Those pieces look great!

I would love to see a car with ALL of this stuff on it at once, in the middle of a bright afternoon. It would be like free lasik surgery just looking at that thing.
