WTB: Delco Remy 1119515 Voltage Regulator
Looking for a good working voltage regulator for my 67. Mine gave up the ghost and I am getting car judged 6-1-07. Looking for date codes of 7E, D, C, B and A.

In the meantime until you can locate a 515 there are replacements from O'Reilly that are almost identical to the Delcos. I bought one for less than 10 bucks and put my Delco cover on it.

Rick,
You can borrow this one for the show (no charge) in June and send it back to me when yours is restored. It was working well when I decided to use a Wells VR715. Let me know by PM. http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v1...tagereg005.jpg |
Paul,
Thanks for the offer. I have a buddy that hopefully gets his back from John Pirkle shortly (sent him 4 items in June06). He also has a 7A regulator. Regards, Rick |
OK, thought I would make the offer. Want to trade that green roadster for a green coupe ;) ?
June 2006? If things don't work out and push comes to shove, I can get that unit down to you in MI in about three days by courier. |
Vr
I have a restored 1119515 dated June of '67. I need a VR for my '66 dated before June 1st. If you know of one I could trade or work something out... I may not even put it on the car but I am close to that stage of my resto... I have right at $200 in this one though - they are really hard to find.

Update
John has had my horn relay since the Old Town show in January so 8 weeks might be stretching it a little! LOL

HI,
Any chance you would sell this regulator? I need one just like it. Thank you, Jeff |
