Kerbeck Corvettes 2004 ZO6 Z16 For Sale

I drove down to Kerbeck to look at the 589 mile Z16. This car is full of rust and corrosion throughout the entire under carriage. It is a car from Boston and must have been stored in a damp wet garage.

The only parts that do not show signs of salt effervescence corrosion are the aluminum and titanium components. Every nut and bolt even if it is bolted to a plastic part has rust all over it.

I had a c-4 from the upstate ny, and all the small parts under the care were rusted some of them out of existance( small clips and things like that) the car looked great and worked great, but that was always in the back of my mind... so be careful where you buy and check where it came from, this car was someones daily driver in a salty environment...

Maybe a flood car? I've got the feeling with all of the flooding going on around the country there are gonna be tons of these cars. Also Carfax is not always right. David

I never like sub 2000 mile cars that are older than 3 years or so. I would my rather have one with 10k. IMHO
