Brake disc reference drawings

This info may be useful for anyone wanting to identify the different Corvette brakes for exchange or upgrades. OEM Ref numbers are on top. Manufacturers scrap thickness and weights are at the bottom.

Despite the C5 labels on them they are the drawings for the C6 rotors. The C5 front rotors do not have the indentation that goes around the center of the rotor (or rotor mounting flange). Same comment for the rear. To see what I mean compare a C5 front rotor at the spot on the drawing that measures 165.5 millimeters across.

The heat dam (valley) around the mounting bell is common on late model vehicles as it helps reduce noise (NVH) and distortion under higher temperatures.
The discs are interchangeable from C5 to C6.
