Photos of Red hood stripes on Black convertable
 

My 07 convertable is Black / Black top & Red interior, thinking of Red hood stripe ................... any have this combo , : Amendum , way back always liked the 67 BB black w /red stripe on hood .......on my 07 >>> thoughts are, Red GS hood stripe (hood only) , as close a color to my red interiour as possible ......................its interesting 1966 black on black was least possible /rare combo now with C6 most popular
my 66 is triple black , was thinking re- doing with red interior / sticking with Black on Black due to being correct for my c2 ( color code oo/STD ) ......................... the black /red is sweeeeeeeeeeeet

I think it would look great. I have a silver/red interior with a black stripe and a red pin stripe border.

I'd like to see that as well.

Just look at any black C2 bigblock car w/ stinger hood & the red stripe...it's a no brainer. :thumbs:
Absolutely fabulous & the C6 with this combo looks every bit as good, IMO.

Interestingly enough I've found the black/red appeals to virtually everyone. :yesnod:

Just the other day I saw a black coupe with red racing stripes and it looked sharp. :cool: :yesnod: Definately got me thinking about going with black racing stripes on my VR coupe. That pic that Mike posted looks awesome as well. :thumbs:

I only have pix of racing stripes on black C5. I have sold a set red racing stripes but did receive any picture from the customer :(

I've been thinking of putting red stripes like sscamaro on mine. Maybe in the future <shrug>.

Hi, Have you been to corvettestripes.com? Mike (a forum vend) is creating one for my 08 black vert with black top and red and black interior. I have this car on order and want a silver and red stripe going down the hood and he created one for me that is unreal! not just a typical stripe...this guy is awesome! Give him a shot and tell him kinda what you want, he can make it for you.....I am having mine put on at the dealer when the car comes in.

The stripes are only on the hood. These were custom made at a graphics place.
