what injectors for an 86? 36# an upgrade?
 

Hi, what injectors are stock in an 86 vette? 28 lb?

I have a friend that will give me 8 new Siemens 36 lb injectors.
What else would need to be done if I were to use them?

36# injectors are way too big for your 86, and won't work without a new computer chip.

Pretty sure the 86 uses 18# injectors.

22 lbs, stock for 86.

22 lbs units can be pushed with a tune to work with most bolt-on mods.

Once the mods go to wild side 24's are recommended to reduce duty cycle.
