My only gripes: *stock rotors and calipers *NO rear wing at all? does the front aero make that much of a difference? * I think that interior picture is photoshop'd (inside joke) :D The wheels are boss (to steal a 'stang term  ) And, we are seeing the future, folks. High HP on non-petroleum fuels. Leave it to Jay, a true "Car Guy," if there ever was one. :flag: EDIT: Oh, yes - the most important part! -- it is powered by Katech!!!! :-) |
Car was the center attraction tonight at the Pratt Miller Gala event at the Wynn's Casino and Resort You too can have one--just dig deep in the checkbook and wait in line for a very limited number of units to be produced.Car can be had E95 or standart fuel.

Now that looks sweet!!!
Let's pray that GM understands that this is the kind of changes we would like to see..............Very noticeable that this is not your average vette. |
The wheels look awesome:thumbs:

aero doesn't necessarily mean a rear spoiler. read the specs on areo for the non spoiler Ferrari's (430, 599). can do a lot with little things...
Yes, thanks. I read on the post MAJ pointed us to that it has major functional front elements as well as an underbody wing. Should have known better considering P&M's extensive engineering/racing experience. That thing is an incredible engineering exercise. Should be quite interesting to compare this package to the ZR1 once it comes out. This has a little less HP, but its NA. Very interesting. Thanks. Of course, I am biased to liking rear wings also. :) |
WOW!! No artificial insemination, no plastic covers on the engine, I love it!! :D :D

Simply amazing..... Jay Leno when it comes to cars is a class act.
This is definatly what the "Super Vette" should look like. |
Hell, in my opinion that IS the super vette. If the ZR-1 bests that, we live in a wonderful time.
|
According to Pratt Miller
Powered by a Katech Performance 8.2-liter (500ci) all-aluminum small-block V-8 engine that produces 600 horsepower and 600 lb.-ft. torque, the Pratt & Miller Corvette C6RS employs a purpose-built carbon fiber body to reduce weight and improve aerodynamic efficiency. A computer-controlled adjustable suspension system, center-nut forged aluminum BBS wheels with Michelin tires, and massive Brembo monobloc disc brakes enhance vehicle dynamics. |
That is one hot car.

From the source it looks like it won't have the stock brakes.

When the day finally comes that I win the Powerball, Jay Leno is the pattern by which my new life will be modeled!!! |
" Brembo brakes with six-piston mono-block calipers in front and four-piston rear calipers"
from one source i found sounds like some baller brakes to stop a 600hp rocket |
