hey guys just back from vacation! just found out friday that the D3's are out of stock for the time being. they are discontinued, and we arent sure yet on the status of anymore orders coming in. was supposed to get 60 more units, but pioneer never sent. i will have more info eary this week! the D4 will be rolling out, and they also have a whole new line of product that have just hit the market. will be posting more on those units later in the week.

thanks again to all those who have already purchased. :thumbs: ive got a few bezels and units going out this week, so if you havent received your order yet, its coming.

ive got over 100 PM's to reply to, and about half that in voicemails also! doing my best to get back with everyone. basically a one man show, but have been training 2 guys this past week in hopes to get some relief from the workload so i can focus on customer service via phone and PM's.

as always really appreciate everyones patience!! glad to be back though, and looking forward to doing more business!

I have left numerous messages, including on the same days you were online.
Wondering what is going on with the 'discontinuation'. I sent you my bezel, and got charged $1300 weeks ago. The objective of my order, included the total package. Please contact me ASAP. My car is taken apart, I need a radio for a long trip I take in 2 1/2 weeks, and have nothing. I'd call, but can't leave a msg.

Well not sure about the rest but i've pretty much wrote off ever getting the 25.99 back ordered item and the 200.00 rebate.

Lesson learned.

hey guys! all orders besides 3 were shipped prior to vacation. everything else is now complete and are shipping today! I've been replying to emails and calls best I can. I'll take voicemails and by the end of the day they will be full again. all I needed was time to get caught up. no tyburne here. my main goal was to get caught up and ship out everything outstanding. now that I'm squared up I'll continue to reply to calls and emails.

rebates have all been sent out and are in pioneers hands. anything that was on backorder im continuously contacting my rep to get the items. ive got a special order in just waiting on everything to arrive. also, i would never keep anyones money without delivering a product. as i weed through the calls/emails i will be doing refunds as needed.

still up over a hundred pm's again, with a full voicemail box. this takes time to reply and give customers a good amount of time to help answer their questions!

looking to be completely caught up this weekend, and back to normal monday!

That's what I wanted to hear.

Brian- I am willing to wait until they arrive if the $200 rebate is still available. If waiting on stock to arrive is gonna push us over the Apr deadline of a rebate, I'll take a refund, and wait for the modded bezel only.

nah, i didnt take it as being "called out" i felt guilty being away not responding to emails and voicemails! :( just needed my time away with family!

love doing business on here with you all! really a great group and i love getting to talk with you all and help anyway i can! its just tough getting back from vacation and trying to get caught up! :crazy:
