Apex provides a variety of learning opportunities in either your own car or school vehicles, including our popular Bring Your Own Car program, customized corporate events, young drivers, and law enforcement.
Why choose Apex?
Safety - Safety is the first concern at Apex. We have a 100% safety record, and have not had an accident in four years of operation.
Quality Instruction - Apex Driving Academy prides itself on the quality of our curriculum and in-car instructor team. We aim to provide a much higher level of instruction than a typical 'track event'.
Value For Money - An Apex BYOC one day event provides as much track time, with less congested run groups, as most two day events - without tying up your whole weekend, and at a lower cost!
The MotorSport Ranch is a 304 acre facility located 14 miles south of Fort Worth, Texas on Highway 377.
There are two road courses at the Ranch. The 1.7 mile course is 40 feet wide, has eleven turns, thirty feet of elevation changes, and can be run in either counter clockwise or clockwise direction. The 1.3 mile course is 40 feet wide, has seven turns, and over seventy feet of elevation change! The two courses can be combined to create a 3.1 mile circuit - one of the longest in North America.
The clubhouse has meeting rooms, bathrooms, showers, offices, and observation deck.
The Skid Pad is a 200 feet by 200 feet and is a patch of asphalt to be used to warm up tires, run through a couple of gears, check the understeer.
The Covered Grid Pad is able to hold 20 cars while staging for the next track session. Designed as much for safety as for comfort, drivers are able to sit in comfort and shade while waiting for their turn on the asphalt.
Numerous businesses are located on the property that specialize in supporting motor sport activities.

I can answer specific questions about the track event if anyone would like?

Also watch your speed when coming to the event. The local law enforcement is not very happy with folks speeding to and from the track.
