I don't know about the vacuum, but is there any kind of glaze on the pads or rotors?

Oh, and don't "zoom" in residential sections :nono:

The master cylinder fluid looks like hot chocolate. It may be time for a fluid change and good bleed.
That's sure a good place to start. If it really looks like hot chocolate, you have a LOT of water in your brake fluid.

Also, have you looked at your pad thickness? If there's not at least 2/32" of pad material (i.e., do NOT include the metal backing plate in the measurement), it's time to replace them. But I'd bleed first.

I would also go for a close check of the master cylinder!
Often when the holes are rusted and clogged you just brake on the front or the rear.
From this distance I canīt judge for sure, but I gain the strong opinion that the master fails!

Try to clean the master thouroughly and then proceed with new fluid.
If you have the same probs, change the master.
It costs about 100$ depending on year and originality, but it pays off - eventually with your life which is for sure better than 100$ in the pocket!!!

There is another rule: NEVER MESS WITH BRAKES !!! THEY ARE YOUR LIFE INSURANCE ON THE ROAD !!!!
