I also have some small parts like tie-rod ends and camber eccentrics, that I'll add to this post when I get a good inventory of it all, but for now, pretty much everything you can see being removed here is up for grabs.

I am interested in the z51 items, but have ????'s

Hello, I have a 2000 c5 and was wondering what the z51 upgrade will do ?
.(such as smoother ride and more responsive handling.)And are they easy to install?:bigears

the idea is to make the car more responsive than OEM, stiffer spring rates, stiffer shocks, & bigger sway-bars.

Shocks aren't anything big for a good mechanic and you can probably find a how-to pretty easy.

I'll take the shocks. Shipping to 92586.
Also, do you have the front cross member spring/Leaf? I can't remember the name of it right now, but its the leaf that attaches to the cross member and the suspension.

I'll figure it out and get back to you, but the shocks for now, please.

Spoke too soon.

I really hope you meant 4 shocks for $50, vice $50 a piece. If it is the latter, i'll have to decline my offer.

Sorry.

Lancer033 05-16-2008 09:25 PM

yes, 4 shocks for $50 total, just based on their age and use over the last 6 years.

the leaf spring is what you're looking for. selling front & rear together for $150. I'll consider splitting it up later, but would rather keep them as a set for now.

Shocks and springs

PM sent on the shocks and springs.

Very interested, but i need to make sure all of this will fit a 2000 C5.

PM replied

as far as I know, any of the optional suspension parts will bolt right up to any year C5

also if you want to see the parts before they came out of the car go here until i get a chance to clean everything up and take some good pictures.

TTT everything is still up for grabs.

jedblanks 05-22-2008 11:22 AM

I'll def take the swaybars and endlinks.

Possibly also the springs.

Can you get me some shipped prices to 77568 zip code.

For Sways/endlinks only and for sways+springs.

Are the springs different than the base 97 springs? I assume stiffer.

jedblanks 06-17-2008 11:11 AM

It ended up working (for now), but the adjuster was completely siezed on one side of the front spring. Strange....
