wobbling rear wheel...Bent Axle or Hub?
 

I just found out that I may have a bent passenger side axle/rotor/hub. my rear passenger side wheel wobbles and looks bent when the wheel spins. I took the car to a tire shop and we took the wheel off and put it on the balancer machine and the wheel looks fine.

We jacked up the rear wheels and ran the car. It was clear that the right rear wheel/hub is off. The rear end is also binding-up. The wheels won't spin freely.

8 months ago, I had hit some freeway construction where CalTrans had removed the top 4-5" of the freeway and left it open to traffic. I hit the transition at freeway speeds and bent the drivers side rims. I didn't know to check the axles. I put in a claim and they paid for two rims and tires. Now, I have to try and put in a subsequent claim for the additional damages. The car is at the Chevy dealership right now for an estimate.

Does anyone know what parts might need changing?
