1965 Fuel Injected At Nebraska Swap Meet

My brother sent me these pictures of a a 1965 Fuel Injected Convertible that he saw at a swap meet in Fremont Nebraska this morning. Car runs & drives and looks decent but is currently running a carb. Has injection and many other parts for the car. I did not inspect the car so I am not sure if it's an original fuel injected car or not.

$45K asking price

Here's a link to a few pictures of the car.

Just an opinon, but if the car checks out to be sound, frame rust no issues, etc. I would say it is a buy! With the fuel unit. Even if it is not the original engine. A driving, good looking '65 is worth what? A fuel unit is worth how much. At least I would not walk away without making a realistic offer.
