recovering from stroke; need a GOOD detailer

Hi all,
I'm recovering from a stroke and the damn fatigue :ack: & poor balance prevents me from properly detailing my beautiful black '04 Z06. It needs a good wax & polish. Can anyone recommend a quality vette detailer?

If i lived in the area i would do it for ya for free man...i'm not professional by any means, but i've done mine more than enough times :D

Hope you get up and running again soon, and best of luck finding somebody to help you out in the meantime.

JD, I'll be glad to come down there and do it for you, gratis. That is if you can wait until next Monday evening, and you have a garage. Not a professional by any means. But, if a good hand polish is all she needs, I'm pretty handy with a microfibre. :D
Just let me know, and we'll set up a time.:cheers:

There are several people nowadays that will drive to your location to wash your car.

Glad you're ok and back to driving your vette!

Here's something important to share with everyone else:

3 WAYS TO IDENTIFY A STROKE

STR (acronym using the first three letters of the word 'stroke')

If someone falls down/loses balance/passes out - make them do these 3 things to make sure the individual did NOT have a stroke. Many times a stroke can be treated and the effects reversed if acted on immediately!

S - Ask the person to smile
T - Ask the person to talk
R - Ask the person to raise both arms

If they have trouble doing any of these, RUSH THEM TO THE HOSPITAL. Additionally, you can also ask them to stick their tongue out straight. If it cocks to the left or the right, it's also an indication that they've possibly had a stroke.

Remember these! You may be at your next BBQ saving a family member.
