AO Coupe - Brake Caliper Color - What do you think of this color combo?
I saw this color combination on a metallic orange Porsche.
So, I Photoshop'd the combo onto my car. What do you think? I kinda like it. http://i238.photobucket.com/albums/f...owCalipers.jpg |
I like Yellow but I vote no! :ack:
|
Sorry but I'm not sold on the yellow. But it's your car. Have you considered the gold that Brembo uses ?
|
No, no, no!!

Maybe a duller shade of yellow. That is just way to much.
|
black might be the way to go,,,the yellow is a bit bright i think. Whatever you chose will look great, paul

I wouldn't paint mine at all. The factory grey is just fine with me, in fact I prefer it. The grey goes great with comp. grey wheels. I'd worry about exchanging mine for powder coated ones off another car, and wouldn't want to take the time to paint mine. If your going to do it color match them to your car.

Wouldn't say if you hadn't asked, but I HATE IT!! Go with AO. Please don't do red, it's totally overdone IMHO.

Earlier this year (spring, I think) threads were posted by someone who had developed a perfect AO match in powdercoat for calipers. There were pics posted of the result and it did look good. Perhaps they are available on "search".
I vote "NO" on the yellow/AO combo! |
No don't hurt your car like that....
|
Photo problem?
I believe AO or black or silver would be a better choice. It must be a software bug, yeah, thats it.
|
No!
