With Autobahn closing, where would you suggest to find great Corvette clothing and gift items in the GTA?

Sorry, couldn't resist :D...I haven't found another place but then again, haven't looked really hard. Tend to get my stuff from vendors at Carlisle. Personally, I found Autobahn to be way over-priced and even with the exchange and shipping, it was cheaper to get stuff from the US. NCM is also another source online - reasonably priced product my .02 :D lauri |
We went to the closing sale a couple of weeks ago. They still had a decent selection and very good pricing.

I've bought a lot of diecast from Toronto Motorsports over the years,, they are on Port Union south of the 401. They have the current Jake cars and clothing.

Out in Mississauga you have Carbuffs at Square One.

You can't beat the selection at a place like Corvette America or Corvette Central. However, right now, we have the issue of a low Canadian dollar which really hurts. And unless you can have the stuff shipped to a friend or relative in the U.S.; you really take one up the Hershey Highway with UPS and Duty charges.
Carlisle may be the best bet; hopefully come the Spring Carlisle show in April or the Corvette car show in August, our dollar will have recovered. |
Never send anything via UPS you will get hit with duty/brokerage fees, use USPS instead, usually makes it thru without a hassel.

you can try this place

Hum, I go there a fair bit and they had vette jackets, books, some t-shirts, die cast cars and some keychains there.
I just picked up a vette hat for myself the other day and a Viper hat for my son. The prices are not the best and they dont have huge stock on vette stuff but other then Autobahn nothing local. |
Just checked, $1,000 U.S. is costing almost $1,250 Cdn today. OUCH!!!!
May have to delay that Corvette America order by a few months. HA HA Speaking of Corvette America, I got an email from them and they have reduced their prices by 20% on 6,500 of their products. They are now much more in line with Corvette Central prices. |
