Deep dish C6 ZO6 wheels for C5Z
Has anyone purchased the deep dish C6 ZO6R wheel that Corvette Garage has on thier web site in 17-18 sizes for $839 a set. They look real nice and I like the deep dish look. They are available in chrome, and gray or black with polished lip. I would really like to see them on a C5. Also wonder how much they weigh? I assume they are made in China.
Thanks for any info. |
i have some black ones im selling. let me know

Not to hijack another sponsor's potential sale, but you might wanna check out another CF vendor, Jhonathan W. He sells them too and at a very reasonable price. If you do a search for these wheels you'll get taken to threads with lots of pics with these wheels on c5's in all the various colors and finishes available. I have them in chrome 17/18 C5 Z06 sizes and love them. I'm at work and our computers don't allow us access to photobucket or I'd happily post up pics for ya. You can always look in my profile, too. I think I have pics with the new wheels in there. Weight-wise I believe they were 10-12 pounds heavier TOTAL than stock C5 Z06 wheels.

I bought a different brand and width of tire so I'm not too sure how much the weight difference is and haven't seen it listed either. |
Thanks for the info. Found the thread for the pics, but only on C6s, and only vendor mentioned was Corvette Garage. Could not find any info on CF vendor Jhonathon W.

Car looks great! I do miss my Black Z when I see pics like these.

His prices are great. Are these the same wheels that Corvette Garage has?
How has the finish been holding up? I sometimes drive in the rain. They look real easy to clean. Thanks for all the info. |
Wheels are too new to tell how the finish will hold up long term, but JW has a decent warranty with his wheels. My *understanding* is that all these wheels are the same. They are made by Morxchn if I recall. Almost as easy to clean as the c5 Z06 wheels...

agreed, I put a coat of wax on mine, and just wash them with car wash soap, and wipe them down, all seems well, they shine like new, and I have drove these through rain and some other crap.

I bought from CG and have enjoyed my purchase. Seemed like a good deal on a wheel/tire package.

Hello, do do you have a link for CG? I also do not see any picture.... thanks. Mark |

I've been wondering if they stil make this wheel. I have the 17, 18's in the C5Z sizes but have been contemplating going 18, 19's soon. Thanks for the link and conformation they are still being made.
