Chicago Far North Suburbs - Anyone Interested in a Taking an Afternoon Cruise?
 

Hi guys.

I live in Lindenhurst, Illinois, which is near the Wisconsin border.
I'm also near Great America in Gurnee.

Like everyone else, on Saturday & Sunday afternoons I like to take the Vette out for an afternoon cruise.....usually for an hour or two.

Is anyone interested in joining me?

I have a couple of loops I like to take....
1 - heading north into Wisconsin
2 - heading west towards the Chain O' Lakes

Let me know if you're interested in joining me sometime.....maybe this Sunday?

From Kenosha I can run back roads and get in some very spirited driving.
The family has a lake house on the chain and lake county's finest does not enjoy spirited driving and seem to be everywhere.

Yeah, those spots look like a good time.

I'm thinking an afternoon trip to Lake Geneva for lunch or dinner might be a lot of fun......I know my wife would enjoy it too.

They just opened up a Sonic Burger about 2 miles north of Georgie Porgies on Monday, car shows on Saturday nights aren't to far off I'm thinking?

I will be leaving from Kenosha about 4:30 to go to Georgie Porgies this Sat 8/22. Sunday there are several good shows I will be attending. Not sure on the order yet.
