Hydraulic clutch fluid for 1999

I am presently syphoning the clutch fluid out of my 1999 6 speed, using a turkey baster(got the idea from the forum) due to my clutch stcking to the bottom or half way up about once every 20 times in lower gears, usually first. Anyway the fluid is dirty and I have changed about 1 pint of it so far. Hom much fluid is in the system, it seems to be getting cleaner, but I was wondering how much I would have to replace? Is there a better fluid I should be using?

It holds about 2oz. What type of fluid are you using to replace it?

DOT 3 oreiley brake fluid. Is that the total amount of fluid 2 oz,s or is that just whats in the container on the drivers side. I am wondering how much the whole system hold so i can be sure to eventually get it all out.
