Lowering Radiator Temps
I have a 2008 Z06 and am curious what is the best (lowest)thermastat temp on the market to lower the radiator temp for the Vette. Thanks in advance for your replies.

You need to have a tuner calibrate the fans to turn on at a lower setting to maintain a lower coolant temp.

Temperature issues
To the OP--Check out recent threads on the Tech/Performance forum regarding thermostats and cooling issues.

Its all about air flow. Increase the air flow and you increase the cooling. Having the fans come on sooner takes care of some of this.

Careful....just changing the thermostat (160?) is going to tell the engine that it needs to warm up. It will run rich all the time.
