What to see/eat/do in Memphis?

I'm planning a boys' long weekend in Memphis. What bars should we see? Restaurants to eat at?

Visit the Peabody And watch the ducks, Beale Street, Graceland, Rendevous BBQ Restraunt.:cheers:
