Getting a new cam for a legal emission 81

The engine shop is charging me 160.00 for a stage 1 cam of some kind.
The part # is es1014r

Duration 204/214
Lift .281/.296
lobe 107/117

Any advice on this? It seems like a lot for this cam and ebay has them for 50.00. Any advice for another one that would keep me good with the smog police?

As long as it has a C.A.R.B. #, and is tuned -- it should.
