4x4 V8 S10 for sale - $3,500
 

I've had good luck dealing with this forum over the years, so I figured I'd have better results selling my S10 on here. Craigslist is predominantly scammers, and while Ebay got alot of views; everyone wanted to get it for a fraction of what I was asking. I know people on this forum understand what stuff is worth, and I value their feedback and offers.

It's a 1983 4x4 S10 blazer with a T.B.I. 350 (5.7L) installed. The engine is bored .030 over, runs a Comp 4x4 Extreme cam, Edelbrock intake, Sanderson headers, and MSD ignition. The transmissioin is a rebuilt 700-R4, and the rear axle is a 7-5/8" unit fitted with an Eaton posi and rear disc brakes from SSBC. This was my daily driver for many years, so I can attest to the reliability of the entire drivetrain. The engine swap was done with help from JTR, and is completely emissions legal as well. - The only issue that needs addressed is the typical rust around the body mounts. I've never had the patience or skill for body work, but this would be a good deal for someone who does.

My dad bought this truck brand new, and after the 6 cylinder gave up I did the V8 swap. The 4-wheel drive definitely made the project more difficult, and now I see why most people tend to do 2-wheel drive swaps. The reason I'm selling it is because I have a 1995 blazer that I'm going to start working on, and with my other vehicles; I just don't have the time for this truck anymore.
