When painting / powder coating calipers...

What did y'all do with the visible, non-friction portion of the rotors? That is, did you paint / powder coat the rotors as well?

I run chrome Gumbies on my '06 and am ready to spruce up the calipers. When looking at the rotors, they seem as though the appearance could be improved as well. Has anyone painted them and if so, did you paint them the same color as the calipers or the color of your car?

Thanks.

I just recently had my calipers powdercoated and my rotors ceramic coated. It loks very similar to the pictures posted by NVR LAT but should last until the rotors need to be replaced.

I painted my rotors AND the pads with gloss black plastikote engine enamel. Looks great.
