Anyone recognize this transmission?
We pulled this 3 speed out of a friends Rod.#s n shift plate
3731811 GM 10 K1872 Main case GM 81 3743368 D63 Tailshaft 3855710 13-90-107-901 Back of main case S 408 It has a very long tail shaft and 3 bolt bosses at the end of the tailshaft that look like they are for shifter.Linkage levers are the old round notched style that I doen't think were produced after 1956. It's a Corvette Saginaw 3-speed. That main case (assembled on April 8th, 1963) was used from '58-'63, the tailhousing was used only in '65, and the side cover (3731911, not 3731811) was used from late '56 thru '63. :thumbs:
