Bought a Cobra today...
 

I bought an 04 Cobra with a Saleen body kit today, and many nice mods. It's been a long time since I had a Mustang. It's nice, and very fast, but I still like my Z better...:D

ive never had one but i bought one for my sister (08 GT) still havent driven it, lol have fun with it, you get it for fun or was there something behind it?

Looks nice, but having owned an 03 Cobra, no way I would convert it to look like a Saleen. One thing I miss about the Cobra is geting ridiculous HP for minimal $$$ :) My Cobra was making 600+ hp with a 2.3 Whipple and some other basic mods.

Identity Crisis? hehe. Am I a Saleen or a Cobra?! Looks nice man. :) I had a Saleen a few years back (i've owned pretty much all mustangs until recently). Those mod engines can be quite fun but expensive. What kind of mods it got on it?

Yea it was a good deal, so I thought it would be fun for a bit.

Yea I'm not sure why someone would make it look like a Saleen, but it does look cool. Mods being the body kit, wheels,exhaust, lot of suspension, and not sure extent on motor yet. I will be talking to previous owner soon.

Nice looking addition, :yesnod:. I'm still kind of partial to Mustangs, the ones with "power." I have a nephew who had a powerful "blacked out" Saleen, that Katrina took in 2005, he never replaced it, and a son-in-law with a GT. I still love the deep growl of their muffler systems.:thumbs:

Sweet, love the Terminator cars. People always try to compare them to the corvette, they are two totally different cars that deliver different driving experiences..... gotta love the raw roots blower power:thumbs:

well, in the 03/04 Cobra, the engine is probably the cheapest mod motor to make power with, since it's already fully forged from the factory and just asking for 20+ psi of boost from a better supercharger to make 600+ hp to the ground safely..

Hey you guys that have had Cobras, I think this car may be an actual Saleen Cobra? Code P48 Coupe S-281 Cobra? Competition Orange? Any help?
