Instructions on how to install blow down tube?
 

I can't figure out how to install the blow down tube to the bottle for the nx express kit. Any pics and instructions would be greatly appreciated! :cheers:

My bottle is in the large storage area in the center. The blow down tube is placed on the right. A hole was drilled, a rubber tube attached and it comes out just above the tailpipe. I can send you photos of my setup if you're putting it in the storage area.

My bottle has a pressure release cap on it, and I can't figure out how to connect the blow down tube to the bottle. The NX instructions were vague, and there were no pictures.

Installed NX Express part number 11709 NHRA safty blow off cap 3000 PSI.
For some reason my NX kit came with aluminum blow down tube, but blow down tube fitting does not fit standard bottle blow off fitting. You have to order NHRA kit, if you want to install aluminum blow down tube on bottle, or go with custom line.
Kit comes with new 3000 PSI rupture disk and bigger fitting to attach blow off line.
I went to my local speed shop purchased stainless braided line along with connectors to hook up to NX NHRA fitting.
I did drill hole and install rubber grummet to seal blow down line.

Where did you get that red fitting? What does it call (6AN to NPT???)? And also, what size is the line connecting to the blow down tube valve? Is it 6AN?

I corrected the part number for NHRA bottle valve. You can buy the red fitting at any speed shop. I do not have the part number or size handy right now, buy you can call http://www.nitrouswarhouse.com and they will set you up.

Looks like a -10 AN fitting/line to me. Definately not a -6 AN. I am not sure if it is a pipe thread or not. I don't think it is though.
