Who's going to Carlisle next week?
 

I'll be heading out Friday morning - I have to be there for line up for the flag. Who's all heading out?

I'll be there. Im leaving Wednesday.

Early Friday to Sunday.

what's the secret on this trip - get to the gate before 8am to beat the 'crowd' ?

Is there limited parking inside the gate for un-registered Corvettes? I don't want to leave mine parked on the street somewhere.

I didn't pre-register for anything, the plan was to go on Sat...paying at the gate.

Went a few years back, got there around 10am saturday morning and there was plenty of parking available in the fair grounds. I didn't pre-register, paid at the gate.

Leaving ATL on Wednesday am. Will be there Thurs afternoon and all days Fri-Sat and heading back Sunday am.

Going Friday morning and staying til Saturday.

I'll be there hopefully Friday afternoon and all day Saturday. I'm hoping to leave by about 7AM to avoid the traffic. This will be my first time there so I'm really pumped...

If someone was going to go for two days, would it make sense to go Friday and Saturday, or Saturday and Sunday?? Thanks all, see you there!! :cheers:

Sure wish I were going! It's on my "Bucket List"! Ya'll have a blast!

If you're going to look and buy stuff, I would recommend a full day on Saturday. Last year I went Friday afternoon, looked around for a little while (it rained) then on Saturday (it rained) till the parade. It's a good time, bring chairs, umbrella, and a cooler of bee.... I mean sodas and you'll be all set.

Have to stay over in Harrisburg due to booking rooms late.

Leaving late Thursday night, but should be there in the fun field by Friday morning.

I have gone every year since 1997. We get there Thursday around noon.
Relative to your question I would suggest Friday and Saturday
