Sorry to ask, but whats the purpose of a battery tender ?

instead of disconnecting the battery during the winter months, you can plug this into the cig. lighter and it keeps the battery charged...

I received mine very quickly with auto notifications of the shipment every step of the way.

Question: When I placed the order online, the form requires the VIN number to ensure the correct model is shipped which I supplied without any concern but with the model 3300 (which is what I receved) being for most vettes, why would I need to state anything more than C6 Z06? Are there some deviations in battery types in the C6 Z06 that would use another model?

I'm mainly interested in this for future battery replacement information.

You can pick one up at your local Harley-Davidson dealer for $39.95. I have used mine for 6 years..................Battery Tender....won't over charge.....monitors voltage.

Thanks for sending me an email. I've basically explained, for all others reading, that the VIN field is provided on our site to really check to make sure parts fit your vehicle, if that is necessary. In this case, we don't need the VIN to verify it works on your vehicle.

I got this from Gene the other day. Great little gadget, and I needed it as soon as I got back from my last training op. The car was dead. Plug the battery tender into the wall then the cigarette lighter waited about a day and then went in and fired her up.
