deciding on paint color for 95/96 vette
 

So I sold the 86 and have decided to get a 95 or 96. I recently asked questions about pro's and con's of convertible and decided that I want a vert. Now I am trying to decide how important the color is. There are so many factors and so many cars so I am trying to narrow down the search. I would love to see some pics. I decided that I do not like white and I will not buy a white no matter what. My first choice is admiral blue, I love that purple metallic for sale here, Black would also be something I would buy. I see lots of green and can't decide if I can live with this color so some pics of your polo green and different wheel combinations would be cool to see. also pics of the ruby red. Does any one know if metallic green was a factory option or just the polo green. It sucks when you find a great car but you are not crazy about the paint. It's going to take some luck to find everything I want. Thanks for taking the. time to read and post your pics.

Polo green was the only green offered in the C4. The early C5 had Fairway green, which was lighter green, not real popular at the time.

Go with what you like - everyone's tastes are different (I wanted white, and white only - just goes to show you!).

:iagree:, color is a personal thing. about the only thing i can add is make sure the interior/exterior complement each other - no lime green with torch red interior - get it? its pretty much your car, so ultimately the choice is yours. BTW, nothing says it has to be a corvette color...
