OK. heres my problem. I need the main ground wires for the motor. My car starts for like 3 seconds when i put fuel into the carborators but it seems that my fuel pump is working. i can hear it when i turn the key on for like 2 secs. But the injectors are not working. even when im cranking it. Im sure its a ground wire., Can someone give me the main grounds for the whole motor. Thanks.!:rock:

There is a ground right in front of one of your carbs. (the driver side one)

Anyone know about the injector drivers if any for his 84? That can be ground related no? His carbulater needs help.

Pick one up for your 84. It will have the troubleshooting information you need to find and fix the problem.

Nope, wrong again. Flux Capacitors.
Firstvette, you need to lay hands on a copy of the Field Service Manual. Especially the Electrical section. Corvettes are "fiberglass", normal grounding doesn't exist. Faulty grounds are a primary source of electrical issues, especially in cars as old as yours.

All right...joking aside....It's nice that you can hear your fuel pump running, but lets stop guessing and start troubleshooting, OK?

How many lbs of fuel pressure do you have? Not easy to measure on a Crossfire. You can run a T fitting in the pressure line just past the fuel filter, and run that to a low pressure gauge (0-15 psi). Your Crossfire needs 9-12 psi of fuel pressure or it won't run correctly. You can also take off your crossover tube (between the TBI's), take it down to a hose and tubing shop, and have them put in a fitting so you can check fuel pressure just like the TPI guys. I did this when I had my 84....cost me $20

And yes...your fuel pump can run and still not supply sufficient flow to produce the requred fuel pressure. BTDT.

So before you start rewiring the whole car, try some basic troubleshooting and approach the issue in a logical, methodical process....You WILL find the issue this way.

Or, you can keep guessing and spend thousands of dollars and hours. Your choice. :cheers:
