3.42 to 4.10 gears swap dyno results...

The only change was the addition of Motul fluid (as we are now a vendor) in the diff and tranny, so that could have freed up a few ponies. With the new hybrid tranny (2.97/2.07/1.43/1.00/0.75/0.57) it should go tens next Friday night, weather permitting. Though it'll probably be making less than 400rwhp actually as any chance of negative DA is long gone here in Texas.

You will be very happy with the gear swap. What are your 60's?

I'm confused which run is with 3.42 and which with 4.10+motul fluid? Are you sure that gear ratio in the trans is a good match with the 4.10 rear? I think you seen even the legendary RobZ said that the MM6 gear ratios worked better in the c5's proven time and time again! You better prove me wrong Huckelberry! 10's OR BUST!!!

Clarification:
The mn6 et slightly better than the m12 with experienced dialed in drivers who were able to achieve solid 60' times with the the mn6 combined with a gear swap. The type of tires and even clutch comes into play here so I believe it is setup specific with an edge to the mn6 in most cases.

The m12 is quite a bit easier to 60' so you get the picture.

To many variable to even matter. I have a mn12 with 390's my buddy's all have mn6 with 410's and everybody sixty's different. Mine seem to be lower. But I don't mind breaking stuff. LOL If I could go back, I would have 410's also. If you're 1/4 tracking it, you shift the same amount of times anyways.

GM defines MN6 as the type of transmission (manual 6 speed). The MM6 is the 2.66 first gear variant and the M12 as the 2.97 first gear. OK, back to the topic.

Ah, just say 6 or 12, everybody knows what you're talking about.
