I've got several folks asking for HUD installs in the California area and was wondering how many folks might be interested in adding this to their C6 Vette

where are you located at?

It would depend how much it would be to do it. I might be interested, but it would be for a C5. :)

??? this is the Pacific Northwest section, and C5 can be done as well but price is a bit higher due to parts and labor.

Sorry. My mistake. So the price is higher for the C5?

yes, dash has to be removed and cut. C6's have a slot already cut out that you pop out and put in the new one. There is also an easier way to get projector in. I can finish a C6 in around an hour. It would probably take 4 to 5 hours on a C5

Oh, I thought that since you had a date, you also had a location. This thread started with talk about California installations - that's why I was asking.

I'm potentially interested and am up in the Seattle, Washington area, though I've got to figure out how long I'm keeping the Corvette. I don't know if I'll know by late October, so I can't definitely commit but would like to keep updated in case you're coming out this way. Thanks.

Wife wants to make a trip out of this so may have to make it for the first weekend in November

Andrew, am having talks with the missus about long term ownership of our Corvette so won't be able to commit one way or the other for a couple of weeks while I do some homework. Hope that doesn't put you in a tough spot, though it seems you already have a couple of installs up this way.

Andrew, I'm not going to get the car situation figured out, so let's go ahead and do this. What day and where? I think there are two so far from the Seattle area.
